Latest News October 24, 2015 2016 Raven's Eden Awards Rules and Past Winners 2016 Raven's Eden Awards Rules. 1. All Nominees (with the exception of hall of fame nominees) Must have appeared in a scene/movie released Between Nov 1,2014 and Dec 31,2015 (Releases from Nov and Dec 2015 will also be eligible for the 2017 Raven's Eden Awards) 2. Categories that have less than 5 nominees on Dec 1,2015 will be delted and no award in That category will be handed out at the 2016 Raven's Eden Awards 3. Winners are responsible for contacting Raven's Eden to receive their awards 4. Inductees into the Raven's Eden Hall of Fame will be announced Jan 1,2016. 5. Nominees for Living Legend categories Must have had their first movie/scene released in 2005 or earlier. Have appeared in at least 10 movies. Past Living Legend Award winners are not elgible for this award. 6. Voting/nominating is done by the fans. 7. Raven's Eden will do their best to verify that nominees are elgible for the category they are nominated it. 8. When nominating please include the movie/studio each nominee you write in is from. 9. If we are unable to verify a write in vote that nominee will not be counted. 10. Winners in all categories (with the exception of Hall of Fame) will be announced Feb 1,2015 (Physical awards will be shipped out at a later date) 11. First and foremost the number one rule is, a nominee MUST be from a scene or movie released in 2014 (Between Jan 1,2014 and Dec 31,2014).  The REA's are the only awards to the best of my knowledge that is based entirely on fan feedback.   Everything from the categories to the nominees to the voting are based on what the fans say.   I allow write in votes for about 2 months (Nov and Dec).  As soon as I verify a write in vote meets the release criteria I will add them to the ballot.  Then starting Jan 2, each day I will eliminate the nominee with the fewest number of votes in each category until no more than 10 nominees remain in each category.  Since the fans write in votes that is why the list is so long at the moment.       I leave the nomination process up to the fans for several reasons.   1.  It gives me a chance to see who the fans like. That way I know what type of movies to carry on RavensEden.com.   2. It gives some of the smaller studios a chance to be recognized.  3. Raven's Eden: Please introduce yourself and tell us how you got started in the adult entertainment industry. Jace Tyler: Hi guys. I’m Jace Tyler – I’ve been performing in porn for almost exactly 3 years now. I started out just in the UK, then things kind of took off for me and I’ve been lucky enough to get to travel all over the world for films, events and photoshoots. I spent the first 2 years based in North East England, but this last year I’ve moved to Spain so it has been quite a readjustment logistically. I still love it, though, and have no intentions of leaving my career just yet!! I’ve filmed around 50 scenes now, I think, and had the most amazing – if surreal - experiences. Raven's Eden: At the 2014 Raven's Eden Awards You won the "Cocksucking King" award. What are some of your favourite things to do on film? Jace Tyler: Oh, yes – I loved that!! I’m keeping that one in my keepsakes, for sure! I don’t have a check list of ‘favourite things’ to do – I’m pretty versatile and very open – but I’ve done a lot of filming so far and my favourite movies are always the more different or unusual ones. In my first year I got to write a film where I was kind of kidnapped and had my shoulder-length hair shaved completely off – very BSDM. I loved playing a criminal – with the explosions and cool cars – in a film for UK Naked Men (“Fuck Loving Criminals”), and did a really awesome scene with Valentino Medici called “Tender” for men.com. Jace Tyler: Oh, yes. I loved filming for them. We really didn’t expect to go quite so far with that, but there was such energy with those guys that we really went for it. I am BIG on fitness and giving people inspiration to address issues they do not like about themselves and to have a game plan to work towards improving those issues. My favorite fan mail is to hear from people that have struggled with their body image and have told me that I have inspired them to take action.   Raven's Eden:  What is something about you that most of your fans would be surprised to learn.   Dolf Dietrich: Most people think I am German. I am actually French Canadian. Dolf Dietrich is a stage name I created; ‘Dolf’ is an homage to Dolph Lundgrin (who I used to jerk off to relentlessly in Rocky 4), and ‘Dietrich’ is actually my mother’s Maiden name (her mother was Hungarian, there is also some Welsh in there so I guess you could see I am Well-Hung! A little bit of background of Element before we get started Element has been active in the adult entertainment industry since 2007 working with studios such as Raging Stallion   RE:  Please introduce yourself, Tell us Who Element Eclipse is?   EE: I'm Element Eclipse, a young man who started life in small town America but dreamed of becoming big city fucker. Any advice for people who may be looking to explore some fetish. Such as fisting or sounding?   EE: When it comes to fisting and sounding be sure to remember to start slow. Whether bad or good, it's always easier for someone to place blame than to own their decisions. Working in and being a part of the industry for the last eight years has been AMAZING. The people you see in films aren't godlike figures but beautiful humans, just like anyone. I personally work on the pro-condom, safer-sex side of the industry to promote healthy decision making to young adults. I want them to have a good example and knowledge of what's safe and unsafe as well as all the facts so they can make an informed choice. Being well informed is important for anything in life, and this is also one of my values.     RE: If you could do a scene with any classic porn star from the 70's, 80's, or 90's Who would it be? and What kind of scene?    EE: I would definitely have to say Colton Ford!
